Perrem Design & Construction Pty Ltd (“Perrem”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form, email or call us, or start an online estimate, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and information about your project or site.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our analytics providers collect standard technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see below).

How we use your information

We use your information to:

respond to your enquiries and provide estimates and services;
manage and deliver your project;
improve our website and understand how it is used;
measure and target our advertising, including showing our ads to people who have visited this site; and
where relevant, send you information about our work.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. They load after you first interact with a page and may collect your IP address, device and browser details, the pages you visit and actions you take (such as sending an enquiry). The tools we use are:

Google Analytics 4, to understand how the site is used.
Google Adsconversion tracking and remarketing (served through Google’s DoubleClick domains), to measure our Google ads and show them to people who have visited this site.
Meta Pixel, to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and show them to people who have visited this site.
Meta Conversions API Gateway, which sends the same events to Meta through a gateway hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States.

You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, manage Google ad personalisation in My Ad Center, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Meta Accounts Centre.

When we disclose information

We share information with service providers who help us run our business and this website:

Google (Analytics, Ads and our Google Workspace email);
Meta (Pixel and Conversions API Gateway);
Amazon Web Services, which hosts our Meta Conversions API Gateway;
HighLevel (LeadConnector), our customer-management system, which receives enquiries sent through this site;
Stripe, which processes payments for the online estimator (we never see or store your full card details); and
Vercel, which hosts this website.

Several of these providers store or process data outside Australia, mainly in the United States. We do not otherwise disclose your personal information except where required or permitted by law.

Data security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop sending you marketing, by contacting us using the details below. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us and we will work to resolve it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
