Council requirements, bushfire regulations and environmental planning can be the slowest part of a project. We manage the approvals pathway for you, from development applications and construction certificates through to bushfire assessment. We prepare a preliminary Bushfire Attack Level (BAL) assessment in-house during design, and engage an accredited BPAD consultant to produce the formal assessment on more complex or higher-risk sites.
