The interior of First Street benefits from bright, light and open spaces, designed with traditional high ceilings and finishings all meticulously crafted to achieve a rustic, yet modern aesthetic. Colonial features such as stained-glass windows, ceiling roses, picture rails, vintage light switches and power points, federation style skirting boards, architraves and V-groove wall panelling feature throughout, along with stunning timber flooring.
A custom-made kitchen joinery (including butler’s pantry) was designed to fit the home’s aesthetic, with solid stone benchtops, tiled splash back, glass feature panelling and soft close draws and cupboards.
The indoor-outdoor deck area features Weathertex federation cladding with V-groove timber panelling covering the ceiling and lobster pot pendant lights with a tropical ceiling fan. On the exterior, there is a stunning enclosed al fresco entertaining area with a huge deck, outdoor kitchen and pool.
