Batemans Bay is our home. It is where our office sits, where many of our projects are, and the town we know best on the NSW South Coast. If you are building or renovating here, you want a builder who understands the place, the council and the coast, not someone driving in from out of town.

We design and build under one roof. That means the people who draw your home are the people who build it, so there is no gap between what is designed and what gets delivered. You get one point of contact and one team accountable from the first sketch to the final handover. It is also how we keep a firm grip on cost, because we are pricing as we design, not finding out at tender.

Building in Batemans Bay

The Bay sits where the Clyde River opens to the sea, and the best blocks trade on that water. Designing for them means orienting to the view and the north sun at once, and detailing for salt air that is hard on cheap materials. Much of the area carries a bushfire (BAL) rating that shapes cladding, glazing and decking from the start, and we assess that early so it never becomes a surprise at certification.

Canberra's closest coast

Batemans Bay is the nearest beach to Canberra, and a good share of the homes we build are for Canberra owners, whether a permanent sea change or a holiday home rented between visits. We are set up to run a build at a distance, with clear updates the whole way, so being three hours away is a choice rather than a second job.
