Catalina sits about three kilometres south-east of the Batemans Bay town centre, next to Batehaven and close to the Catalina Country Club and its golf course on Beach Road. It is an established residential suburb and a short drive from our office, so we can be on site quickly and often throughout a build.

The streets are hilly and the bush is close in places, and that shapes how you build here. Sloping blocks need careful work on footings, retaining, drainage and driveway access. The same slope can open up views and breezes when the home is set out well. With bush nearby, many blocks carry a bushfire (BAL) rating that affects cladding, glazing, decks and gutters. We prepare a preliminary BAL assessment in-house during design, and bring in an accredited BPAD consultant where the site needs one.
