Nelligen is a historic village on the Clyde River, just inland from Batemans Bay, with riverside and rural-residential blocks and a quieter, off-the-highway feel. The river is the draw, and we orient homes to it.

Larger and rural blocks here raise bushfire, on-site wastewater and sometimes off-grid questions. We plan power, water and waste as part of the design where the site calls for it.
