Depot Beach is a small, secluded settlement surrounded by Murramarang National Park, where the bush runs right to the sand and kangaroos graze on the beach. Building here means working with bush-bound, tightly held sites and the higher bushfire ratings that come with national-park surrounds.

Access and services can be limited, so we plan power, water and wastewater as part of the design and detail for a genuinely exposed coastal and bushfire setting. We manage the assessments and approvals in-house so the design intent survives to construction.
